Mount Kenya Safari Club is located at the foot of Mount Kenya, Africa's second highest mountain. The Club is set in 100 acres of landscaped gardens with magnificent views of Mount Kenya.Mount Kenya Safari Club is a three and a half hour drive from Nairobi. Visitors can also take a flight fron Nairobi Wilson Airport to Nanyuki and a fifteen-minute trasfer drive to the club. Activities like fishing safaris up Mt. Kenya, visits to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Aberdare National Park, Samburu National Reserve and Mt. Kenya National Park can easy be arrange with Mount Kenya Safari Club as a base.

The Ark Tree Lodge is at the Aberdares National Park in Kenya. The Ark Tree Lodge is 16 km (10 miles) from the Mweiga airfield or about an hours drive from Nyeri airstrip or two hours from Nanyuki and about 170 km from Nairobi. A ground-level bunker at The Ark provides excellent photographic opportunities, and the Yasabara waterhole is floodlit by night to enable all-night viewing of game.
