Day
1
Arrive
at Entebbe International Airport. Meet and greet by a Destination
Connect Representative. Transfer to Kampala and check in at Sheraton
Kampala Hotel for overnight.
Day 2
After an early breakfast begin the journey to Murchison Falls National
Park at 08:00hrs. The drive takes 6-7 hours, you will have a Lunch
stop at Masindi, the drive will be through Budongo Forest along
Lake Albert, and arrival at the Lodge will be in the evening. Dinner
and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 3
After
breakfast, take the launch trip to see the bottom of the falls.
It is possible to view hundreds of hippos, crocodiles and a variety
of birds. Return to the lodge in time for Lunch. Afternoon at leisure
near the swimming pool. At 16:00hrs,you go for an evening game drive.
Dinner and overnight at the Paraa Safari Lodge. (B,L,D)
Day 4
After breakfast, drive to the top of the falls. Short walk around
the top of the falls from where you can walk down to the river’s
edge and see the waters narrow as they are forced through a rocky
cleft and plunge down in a majestic cascade. The fall itself is
one of Africa’s wonders – the whole of the Victoria
Nile bursting majestically through a six-meter gap to an awesome
35 meter drop. A picnic lunch to be enjoyed en route from there
you proceed to Fort Portal and check in at Ndali Lodge
Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge.(B,L,D)
Day 5
Early breakfast then proceed to the Kibale Forest National Park.
You take a Nature walk in the forest for about 3 hours, to track
the Chimpanzees and a variety of monkeys, and flora. Picnic lunch
to be enjoyed somewhere in the forest. In the afternoon, you visit
the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary to see birds and animals then return
to Ndali
Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge.(B,L,D)
Day 6
After breakfast, you visit the King’s Palace and the Royal
Tombs at Karambi you will have Lunch en route then proceed to Queen
Elizabeth National Park and check in at Mweya Lodge. In the afternoon
at 3:00 pm you go for a launch (boat) trip on the Kazinga Channel
to see a variety of wildlife, hundreds of hippos, crocodile and
birds from the launch for two hours. Dinner and overnight at Mweya
Safari Lodge.(B,L,D)
Day 7
Early wake up call at 6.00 am and after a quick cup of coffee/ tea
you go for a game drive then have breakfast. In the morning you
drive to Maramagambo Forest to have a nature walk and visit the
Bat cave and the Blue lake then you return to the Lodge for Lunch.
In the afternoon you relax by the Swimming Pool and you can possibly
have a dip, the evening will be at your leisure.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.(B,L,D)
Day
8
After breakfast you drive to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth
National Park for a game drive you will have a picnic lunch by the
River, then you proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park
Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead Camp.(B,L,D)
Day 9
After an early breakfast you start gorilla tracking at
8.00 am in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We recommend you to wear
good walking shoes and carry a rain jacket and bottle of water.
Tracking can be tough and we trust you are in reasonably fit condition.
You will carry a picnic lunch into the forest with you. You will
be thrilled to have seen these rare primates(no guarantee) and the
return journey will be easier.
Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead Camp.(B,L,D)
Day 10
After breakfast you drive to Lake Mburo National Park you will have
Lunch en route on arrival you check in at Mantana Camp. At 4.00
pm you will go for a game drive.
Dinner and overnight at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp.(B,L,D)
Day
11
After breakfast you visit the Salt Lick and you may have a nature
Walk. Then you return to the camp for lunch. In the afternoon you
drive to Entebbe and check in at the Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel.
Night at Windsor Lake Victoria Hotel.(B,L)
Day 12
After breakfast you are transferred to Airport for your Departure
Flight with the hotel shuttle.(B)
